Due to COVID-19, shipments to below countries have been prohibited. Unfortunately, we will have to stop our services and shipments temporarily. 1. Health Safety

  • As a result of COVID-19, we will sterilize the products and packages, you can rest assured to purchase orders.

2. Shipping

  • Shipment takes approximately 8 to 20 business days to reach destination countries.

  • Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

  • Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

  • For orders sent to Honduras, please note: You must be of legal age (+18 years), must have RTN (Tax id) to clear the shipment once it arrives to Honduras. Your shipments will be held by the Honduran customs for their respective process of release and payment of duties and taxes (Additional cost will be associated).

3. Shipping Delays

  • Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

  • Usually it takes about 8-20 days to some countries ,We do offer compensation if the shipping beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy

  • Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.

RETURN

1. Our Returns Policy

  • • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • • Shoes must be tried on indoors.
  • • Items must have all tags attached.
  • • Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned.
  • • If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund. (subject to availability)

2. What Do I Do If My Product Is Faulty?

Sorry you have received a faulty item!

Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning.

Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.

Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging (cellophane bags and/or shoe boxes), with tags and labels.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.

3.How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please "Contact Us" with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will check this out for you.

4. How Much Does It Cost To Return An Item?

We're sorry but we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost.

5. Replacement/Exchange:

Unfortunately we don’t offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) by following these easy steps from above and reorder for a replacement.

6. Late Or Missing Refunds:

If you have received an email notification of the refund but haven’t received the money yet, first check your bank account before contacting us.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

7. Return Address

Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
